Ladies and Gentlemen...introducing Kevin Bracy, “Your Greatness Coach"


He has delivered thousands of presentations ranging from High School gymnasiums packed wall to wall with students to closing keynotes at corporate sales rally's at AT&T Park (home of the 2010, 2012 and 2014 World Champion SF Giants) to kicking off Character Combine events that are jammed packed with team captains and coaches to hosting live internet broadcasts for The National Society of Leadership and Success where over 460,000 college students log on to watch.


Kevin has written two books (and co-authored six) on a variety of subjects, including leadership, motivation, greatness, achievement, and change. He has also released scores of audio programs on these and other ever-relevant and life-changing topics.


Kevin Bracy earned his Associate of Arts Degree from American River College, where he played baseball. He went on to earn a baseball scholarship to the University of Utah and was the team captain his senior year. He left the University of Utah with a B.S. Degree in Sociology and a certificate in Criminal Justice. After graduating, he went on to play two years of professional baseball in Canada.


After seven successful years as an internet business owner from, Kevin Bracy made a transition to his passion of speaking and became an international speaker within a year of shutting down his internet business operations. Kevin Bracy was also the co-owner (with Jessica Bracy) of KJ textbooks, a textbook store that served over 14,000 students at Cosumnes River Community College in Sacramento.


Coach created the REACH One Alliance in 2014 in response to a request from a school district to help shift school climate, increase student engagement and decrease bullying on campuses. For a generation of youth, Kevin is known as Coach Greatness because he recognizes and cultivates the Greatness within them through his program, The REACH One Alliance. He is conditioning each student to reach out to another student through acts of kindness seven days a week.


Kevin is the face/host/facilitator for the National Society of Leadership and Success. The NSLS is an organization that helps people discover and achieve their goals and serves as a powerful force of good in the greater community by encouraging and organizing action to better the world. The Society offers life-changing lectures from the nation's leading presenters and a community where like-minded, success-oriented individuals come together and help one another succeed. Currently, Kevin is the host and face of their live internet broadcast, viewed by 456,942 members at 475 colleges nationwide.


Kevin is the executive producer and host of the live show, “MonSTARS of Motivation,” a concept that coined the term “motivational entertainment”. MonSTARS was created to uplift the spirit and rekindle the dreams of its audience while giving up-and-coming speakers an opportunity to share their voice of inspiration with their community.

He is also the executive producer and host of Speak Up Speak Off, a motivational speaking competition. Kevin believes we’ve sung to America, danced for America, lost weight for America, made America laugh, we’ve even modeled for America… it’s now time to MOTIVATE AMERICA . Kevin Bracy’s Speak Up Speak Off Competition inspires a live audience and provides another platform for new speakers to be seen in a competitive live show format!


Kevin is a proud supporter of Jessica's non profit, It Takes Guts. An organization on a mission to find a cure for childhood autoimmune disease that his son, Kobe, has been diagnosed with. Visit the website.

He served a cause greater than himself by running a marathon to raise money and awareness for students at Grant High School. He is proud to be a small part in the vision to build a Sports Health Academy and a brand new workout facility on their campus.


Kevin Bracy has coached, mentored and graduated over 200 new speakers from his School of Motivation (New Speaker Intense Training), which he holds in Sacramento annually. He's also assisted over 100 speakers to become authors through the LifeChangers book collaboration program.


"When you can meld music, a stage, a microphone, an audience, a workout and some motivation together...therein lies the reason I became an instructor." Kevin teaches boot camps and spin classes when he's not speaking.


Kevin's proudest accomplishment is his 17-year marriage to Jessica Bracy, as well as his three children: KendraJae, 21 (dancer, singer, actress), Kobe, 14 (speaker, negotiator, intellectual), and Kaleb (our angel since 2005).
